- Manage overall project costs, schedules, and budgets, ensuring financial discipline and value for money throughout the project lifecycle - Lead and coordinate General Contractors, subcontractors, and directly contracted consultants, fostering collaborative relationships and maintaining transparent communication - Analyse, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities and dependencies to prevent schedule slippage and maintain project momentum
- Conduct and lead client meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions, presenting clear updates and addressing concerns with professionalism and assertiveness - Oversee MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, building regulations, and Health & Safety standards
- Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and Building Information Modelling (BIM) data to maintain quality and accuracy - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans and innovative solutions to overcome challenges - Support and mentor project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
