As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will support older adults to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and meaningful interaction
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication prompting and support
- Meal preparation
- Supporting clients with daily routines
- Light housekeeping
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and social activities
- Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life
What We're Looking For
We are looking for people who are:
- Caring, compassionate and reliable
- Experienced in the care sector
- Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Able to work flexibly, including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Legally able to work in the UK
- Already living locally within the Loughborough, Leicester or within Leicestershire
- A driver with access to a reliable vehicle, due to the community-based nature of the role
