Monitor the hotel premises and ensure compliance with established safety and security procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of guest areas, back-of-house areas, equipment, and facilities to identify potential safety hazards.
Report and follow up on unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, and potential risks.
Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, fire alarms, and other safety-related situations.
Assist in implementing and maintaining emergency response and evacuation procedures.
Ensure that fire safety equipment, emergency exits, alarms, and safety signage are accessible and in proper working condition.
Support regular fire drills, emergency exercises, and safety training for employees.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to incidents, inspections, and safety observations.
Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to address safety concerns.
Promote awareness of health, safety, and environmental standards among employees.
Ensure that employees follow proper safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
Assist in investigating accidents and incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Support compliance with local health and safety regulations and company policies.
Perform any other safety-related duties assigned by the Safety Manager or management.
