The Field Operations Supervisor shall provide operational supervision and support services as required by the project. There will be domestic & international travel, and the successful candidate will perform the duties of an Operations Supervisor, including but not limited to:
• Leading and supporting safe field operations in accordance with requirements, standards, and applicable legislation.
• Coordinating operational activities, logistics, mobilization, and field support services.
• Developing, coordinating, and maintaining work plans, schedules, and operational readiness activities.
• Participating in and facilitating risk assessments, hazard identification, critical control verification, and implementation of risk management processes.
• Supervising and coordinating contractors, service providers, and other personnel engaged in operational activities.
• Maintaining operational records, documentation, permits, reports, and compliance requirements.
• Supporting field execution, asset management, travel coordination, site logistics, and operational planning activities as required.
• Promoting compliance with standards, procedures, and safety expectations.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
• Undertaking other operational support activities reasonably required in support of exploration programs and projects globally. The candidate shall possess demonstrable relevant experience and be fit for deployment to field and office-based work environments.
