Main Purpose of Position
Manage and control Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects across all project phases as a Project Manager, ensuring successful project delivery in line with quality, cost, compliance, safety, and schedule requirements.
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, scheduling requirements, and MEP objectives are met.
- Manage and coordinate MEP aspects throughout all project phases, including design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage the implementation of the master programme, ensuring alignment with project milestones and delivery timelines.
- Plan and organize statutory inspections and ensure timely approvals.
Site Coordination
- Monitor progress, quality, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems through regular updates and collaboration with site teams or contractors.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve MEP-related technical and site coordination issues.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance are implemented across all project activities.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage external consultants, MEP contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external consultants on MEP-related matters.
- Facilitate regular project progress meetings and technical coordination meetings with consultants and stakeholders.
Procurement Management
- Manage the procurement process for consultants, MEP contractors, and specialist vendors.
- Review technical submissions and MEP-related deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and governance frameworks.

プロジェクトマネージャーとして、建設・ワークプレイスプロジェクトにおけるMEP（機械設備・電気設備・給排水衛生設備）業務を全プロジェクトフェーズにわたり管理・統括し、品質・コスト・安全・コンプライアンス・工程目標の達成を推進する。
プロジェクト計画・遂行
- プロジェクト全体のマネジメントを行い、品質、コスト、安全、法令遵守および工程目標の達成を推進する
- 設計、調達、施工、試運転、引渡しまでの各フェーズにおいてMEP領域の管理・調整を行う
- マスタースケジュールの策定・管理を行い、プロジェクトマイルストーンとの整合性を確保する
- 法定検査や必要な承認取得に向けた計画・調整を行う
現場調整
- MEP設備の施工、品質、進捗、試運転状況をモニタリングする
- コンサルタント、施工会社、ベンダーと連携し、技術的課題や現場調整事項の解決を推進する
- プロジェクト全体における安全基準およびコンプライアンス要件の遵守を確保する
ステークホルダーマネジメント
- MEPコンサルタント、施工会社および関係者を管理し、プロジェクト目標達成に向けた調整を行う
- 社内外ステークホルダーとのMEP関連窓口として、円滑なコミュニケーションを推進する
- 定期的な進捗会議および技術調整会議を主導する
調達管理
- MEPコンサルタントや専門業者の調達・選定プロセスを管理する
- MEP関連の提案書や技術資料をレビューし、プロジェクト要件との適合性を確認する
- 調達活動が社内ポリシーおよびガバナンス要件に準拠していることを確保する
