- Fully drive and execute the priority list defined by the Cooking Business Unit Head.
- Accelerate the development and delivery of export projects, ensuring strict adherence to international standards and project timelines.
COST EFFICIENCY AND VALUE ENGINEERING
- Strictly implement and advance the idiot index based ratio management across all cooking appliance categories.
QUALITY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Take proactive ownership of after-sales quality issues, driving continuous technical improvements.
GLOBAL COLLABORATION AND ARCHITECTURE
- Maintain highly effective communication with global R&D teams for cavity, ventilation, and gas hob.
- Ensure alignment on global product architecture and pre-development initiatives, fostering a win-win environment for global and local collaboration.
