Take full responsibility for electrical works throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
Participate in design reviews, optimizing electrical system solutions for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability.
Prepare electrical technical specifications for tendering, and participate in supplier assessments and bid evaluations.
Track the manufacturing and delivery progress of key equipment such as HV/LV switchgear, transformers, and UPS.
Supervise on-site electrical installation and testing to ensure compliance with codes and design requirements.
Organize power energization, system commissioning, and integrated testing with other trades.
Control electrical change orders and site variations, assessing cost and schedule impacts.
Regularly report to project decision-makers on electrical progress, quality, and risk status.
Organize the preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals and assist in final acceptance and handover.
Serve as the primary electrical interface, coordinating among design institutes, utility providers, contractors, and equipment vendors.
