Project Completion & Handover Phase Permitting - Coordinate applications for fire acceptance, EIA "Three Simultaneities" acceptance, planning verification, and complete the final completion filing.
Government Relations Maintenance - Establish and maintain routine communication channels with key regulatory authorities, including housing and urban-rural development, environmental protection, and planning bureaus.
Permitting Documentation Management - Coordinate the collection, compliance review, and archiving of permitting documents from all project participants, ensuring end-to-end document integrity and traceability.
