Take full responsibility for ELV/intelligent systems (BAS, security, fire alarm, structured cabling, access control, CCTV, etc.) throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
Participate in user requirement surveys and design reviews, ensuring system positioning meets the project's O&M needs.
Prepare ELV tender technical documents, and lead technical bid evaluation and vendor solution comparison.
Track ELV equipment manufacturing, delivery, and installation progress, and coordinate interfaces with electrical, HVAC, and other trades.
Supervise on-site cabling, equipment installation, and system commissioning to ensure functionality and performance meet requirements.
Organize integrated system testing (including logic validation with fire alarm, security, and BA systems).
Control ELV system changes and assess impacts on functionality and cost.
Regularly report ELV progress and risks to project decision-makers.
Organize the compilation of as-built documentation (including point schedules, logic diagrams, and operation manuals).
Serve as the primary ELV interface, coordinating among design institutes, consultants, ELV contractors, and system integrators.
