At Turner & Townsend, we’re passionate about making the difference. As a Project engineer / Project manager you’ll play a role in delivering and supporting complex construction projects within the real estate sector that shape the built environment.
You’ll support our team in cost consultancy and projects and also take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, acting as a trusted partner to clients and leading multidisciplinary teams. You’ll contribute to the growth of our business by supporting client relationships, developing opportunities and improving how we deliver our services.

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage project quality, schedules, and costs in accordance with contract requirements.
- Lead the delivery of construction projects within the real estate sector, from initiation to completion.
- Create and asses cost assessments, budgets and provide cost consultancy to projects and clients
- Monitor construction costs, review site expenditures, and support overall cost management activities.
- Manage project scope, programme, budget and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
- Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams with internal and external members including consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor project performance across time, cost and quality, taking proactive action where needed.
- Manage risks, issues and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Carry out regular site visits to review progress, quality and compliance.
- Oversee procurement strategies and manage supplier and contractor interfaces through to delivery.
- Maintain strong governance, reporting and communication, while contributing to business development and continuous improvement.
- Review drawings and oversee works, structural construction, project completion, handover
- Supervise construction quality, conduct inspections, and ensure material compliance with project specifications.
