Roles and Responsibilities
-Responsible for implementing CD04602 ‘IT in Manufacturing’ in RBCD, including:
•Developing and implementing RBCD IT concept.
•Defining and implementing RBCD infrastructure concept (including IT devices, network, server and database, etc.) in Wuxi plant considering both daily operation and future needs of i4.0 application
•Coordinate infrastructure maintenance as contact window between Wuxi plant and CI
•Support manufacturing area applying IT devices compliant with ITM regulations considering data security
•Implementing regular IT security checks in the shop floor
- MES and i4.0 application support in assigned manufacturing area
•Support MES and i4.0 application implementation
•Providing 7*24 MES maintenance service with support of proxy
•Providing operational support of i4.0 applications according to defined operational concept
