Execute service and workshop tasks, including in-house repairs and on-site support for hydraulic products
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for all service operations, ensuring proper record-keeping and organizational standards
Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Warehouse, and Back Office to support engineering initiatives and operational requirements
Deliver professional service support and maintain high standards of quality in all assigned tasks
Complete additional projects and responsibilities as directed by supervisors to support team objectives
