Support the transformation and continuous improvement of business processes and solutions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain.
Develop innovative concepts and processes in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) area for the distribution of Bosch products.
Support and independently execute global optimization and rollout projects in close collaboration with manufacturing plants, logistic warehouses, country sales organizations and our internal IT service provider.
Facilitate requirement workshops, creating specifications, executing SAP ERP implementations, conducting testing, and providing key user support.
Closely coordinate and define interfaces with production, sales, logistics/warehousing, and finance.
Drive communication and proactive change management.
