eAxle Test Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute functional, performance, durability, and end-of-line (EOL) tests on eAxle systems and subcomponents.
• Configure and operate powertrain test benches, measurement equipment, and data acquisition systems.
• Develop and maintain test specifications and test procedures based on customer and system requirements.
• Analyze measurement results and identify deviations, anomalies, and potential root causes.
• Document test results and communicate findings to project stakeholders.
• Support failure investigations and root cause analysis activities together with cross-functional experts.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing methods, test automation solutions, and validation processes.
• Support product release activities by providing validation evidence and technical assessments.
• Collaborate closely with international project teams and technical experts across different engineering disciplines.
