The Electrical Manager is a senior engineering leadership role responsible for supporting the delivery of Electrical and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) projects across Eastern Canada. This position provides regional discipline leadership, supports project execution, and coordinates engineering resources to ensure successful project delivery across multiple programs and clients.
The Electrical Manager works closely with discipline leads and project teams to maintain quality standards, schedule performance, and consistent engineering practices throughout all project phases, including planning, design, procurement support, construction, and commissioning. The role is accountable for building teams, supporting staffing forecasts, resource planning, budget tracking, proposal development, and technical delivery activities.
The ideal candidate brings extensive electrical engineering experience, proven leadership capability, and a strong background delivering multidisciplinary industrial or infrastructure projects within a consulting, EPCM, or owner-operated environment.
The successful candidate should possess 15+ years of electrical engineering experience, including leadership responsibility on aviation, infrastructure, or building electrical projects. Experience with technical quality management, engineering oversight, and mentoring design teams is essential, together with professional engineering registration and demonstrated knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards is required.
