As an Associate Engineer in our New Zealand business, your impact will be in the planning and delivery of technically complex Building and Structures projects, locally and nationally. You will also direct technical professionals engaged in inter-related engineering responsibilities.
What you’ll do
- Provide technical expertise and advice through the different stages of the project lifecycle to deliver practical and economical solutions that meet client requirements.
- Lead the planning and management of medium to large-scale projects including producing and/or coordinating tender documentation, design documentation/specifications and project deliverables within agreed project timeframes and budget.
- Manage project performance, financials, and resource planning.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior engineers and project resources
- Act as project liaison, monitor project progress and provide project status reports to client/s.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationship/s, to ensure on-going client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Prepare and reviews high level and complex technical reports.
