We're looking for an experienced Senior Engineer - Structural Site Supervision to join our organization in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee structural engineering activities on-site, ensuring all construction work meets design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a technical authority on structural matters, providing leadership to site teams and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety throughout project execution.
- Supervise and coordinate all structural construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs and engineering specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify structural integrity and adherence to building codes and safety standards
- Analyze structural challenges and provide technical solutions to resolve construction issues efficiently and effectively
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, inspection reports, and progress records for all structural work
- Lead and mentor site engineering teams, providing clear direction and technical guidance on structural construction methodologies
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely problem resolution
- Monitor material quality and testing procedures to confirm all structural components meet specified standards
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective measures to maintain a secure work environment
- Review and approve structural drawings, shop drawings, and construction sequences before implementation
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management and project stakeholders
