Job Description
Here is what you will be doing:
- Lead and deliver architectural discipline involvement across data centre projects, ensuring effective coordination and quality outcomes
- Develop comprehensive design solutions for data centre infrastructure, including detailed calculations, technical drawings, and engineering reports
- Conduct thorough design reviews and ensure compliance with design briefs, technical specifications, and industry standards
- Manage design coordination across architecture and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance on design methodologies and best practices
- Independently execute all tasks necessary to complete design works, from concept through to detailed documentation and construction administration
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including technical specifications, construction drawings, and as-built records
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate design intent and resolve technical queries
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and data centre industry standards
- Participate in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of design outputs
- Review and approve construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards
