- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with approved architectural drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify that construction work meets design standards and contractual requirements
- Manage and lead construction supervision teams, providing clear direction and technical guidance to ensure efficient project execution
- Review and analyze construction methodologies, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery and minimize delays
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, daily logs, and progress documentation for project stakeholders and management
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts and construction challenges
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites
- Manage contract administration responsibilities, including change orders, claims, and warranty documentation
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management and clients on a regular basis
