- Lead and manage all pre-contract design phase activities, including scope definition, feasibility studies, and design coordination
- Analyze design proposals and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and industry standards
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules for the design phase, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors to align design objectives and resolve technical conflicts
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations, providing regular updates on design progress and project milestones
- Prepare and review contract documents, specifications, and tender packages with precision and attention to detail
