As an Assistant Research Analyst, you will contribute to research activities across the Netherlands including sourcing, working with and analysing data. You will support client engagement and our brand through contributions to thought leadership collateral, regular reporting and preparation of presentations for client presentations and events.
The Assistant Research Analyst will develop a deep understanding of the Netherlands commercial real estate market, data landscape and the existing systems both within Cushman & Wakefield and complementary sources outside the company, with a key deliverable being enhanced data quality and consistency across the region while making data accessible to key stakeholders.
The role will involve close connectivity with EMEA research teams to align Netherlands data resources and market insight with related research deliverables in the region.
