Create content for guided troubleshooting procedures and documentation
Research and create high-quality, informative, and engaging automotive content using different authoring tools
Diagnose electronic, mechanical, and electrical systems problems in vehicles using different testers and diagnostic tools
Identify and understand Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) and specific error codes generated by vehicle systems
Conduct vehicle testing, including individual component testing using automotive testing and diagnostic equipment such as OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and oscilloscopes
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Gasoline, Diesel, Comfort & Safety systems with detailed understanding of sensor and actuator workflows
Understand automotive electrical system wiring diagrams, wire color codes, connectors, components, and their functionalities, including symbols and DIN standards
Maintain detailed documentation records of system tests, removal & refit procedures, and results for reference and guidelines
Demonstrate familiarity with tools, equipment, and procedures related to removal and refit to create informative and instructional content
