Project Engineering Team Leader

Do you want to combine technical leadership with strategicresourceand capacity planning?

We are now looking for an engagedTeam leadwho wants to lead part of our order engineering department. The role includes both people and operational responsibility for your own group, as well as overall responsibility for planning and capacity management across the entireorderengineering organization.

AsTeam lead, you willbe responsible fordeveloping,leadingand supporting your team towardssetgoals within safety,qualityand delivery.With support from theProject EngineeringManager.You will ensure sustainable competence development, strong employeeengagementand close collaboration with other functions across the business.

In addition to yourteamleadresponsibilities, you will havea central rolein the overall planning of the entire order engineering department. You will work proactively with resource balancing, capacity planning,prioritizationand follow-up to create the right conditions for successful project deliveries.

This role is based in Ludvika, Sweden.

Howyou’llmake an impact

• Lead and develop a group of engineers withinorderengineering.

• Be responsible forwork environment, competence development,performanceand employee engagement.

• Own and coordinate the department’s capacity and resource planning.

• Create transparency around workload,forecastsand future resource needs.

Your background

• A university degree in engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Previousleadership experience, either as a manager or in a leading specialist role.

• Good understanding of planning, resourcemanagementand project-based operations.

• Ability to create structure, drivechangeand build strong collaborations.

• Steps inoperationally when impact is needed.

• Fluent inSwedish and English, both spoken and written.
