Support global budgeting (CAPEX & OPEX), forecasting, charging, cost allocation and financial activities for IT Infrastructure
Support of global resource (headcount) planning, tracking and implementation of measures across the IT Infrastructure area
Support the achievement of global financial targets and product & service benchmarks inside IT infrastructure area by driving transparency, identifying opportunities and risks (P&L analysis)
Preparation management reports, financial analyses, forecast accuracy, and financial performance
Support product & service owners (PSMs) in deploying and maintaining our Product & Service catalog systems and ensure alignment with IT Infrastructure global strategy and guidelines
Support the IT Infrastructure area to maintain a Product and Service portfolio in line with IT Strategy
