Inspect ELV installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards.
Monitor ELV systems including structured cabling, ICT/network infrastructure, CCTV, access control, security systems, public address, intercom, and BMS interfaces.
Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure installation quality and compliance with approved design and project requirements.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and relevant technical documentation.
Conduct site inspections and verify cable containment, routing, equipment installation, termination, labeling, and system interfaces.
Identify and report defects, non-conformances (NCRs), and quality issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with contractors, MEP, ICT, and commissioning teams to resolve technical and interface issues.
Maintain inspection records, site reports, punch lists, NCRs, and testing documentation.
Witness testing and commissioning activities, including functional and integrated system testing.
Monitor site progress and escalate significant technical, quality, safety, or programme issues to the project team.
