As a DevOps Software Developer, you will play a key role in improving the software development lifecycle by designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, driving automation initiatives, and optimizing engineering processes. Working closely with software developers, Product Owners, and global teams, you will help ensure reliable, efficient, and high-quality software delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and DevOps best practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, integration, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of CI/CD pipelines supporting both development and operational requirements.
- Analyze existing development workflows and engineering processes, identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, Product Owners, operations teams, and international colleagues to align tooling and processes with product goals.
- Implement and promote Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, tooling, build, and deployment issues, ensuring stable and efficient development environments.
- Contribute to software quality and delivery efficiency through peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and automation expertise.
