- Responsible for designing the hardware architecture and defining the technical solution for the Airbag Control Unit (ACU) under a 48V power architecture. This includes modules such as power management, high-side/low-side driver circuits, squib driver circuits, and communication interfaces.
负责48V电源架构下安全气囊控制器(ACU)的硬件架构设计与方案制定。包括电源管理方案、高低边驱动电路、点火电路、通信接口等模块
- Completed the selection of 48V-related electronic components, and evaluated to determine the optimal solution.
完成48V 相关电子元器件选型工作,评估并确定最佳方案
- Support to create HW design specification and verification plan
支持创建硬件设计规范和验证方案
- Perform calculation & simulations for project specific parameters and functions and document this appropriately
进行设计参数的计算和仿真,并且清晰记录
- Involved in function safety activities, e.g. FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, etc.
参与功能安全评估及设计,如FMEA, FTA, FMEDA等
- Create ECU circuit diagram, Bill of Materials and its documentation in time
进行控制器原理图设计,及时创建BOM清单
- Support software parameter definition and perform review
支持软件相关参数的定义和审议
- Prepare hardware design release and perform review

- Define hardware validation plan (HITP&HRTP), perform or support validation
定义硬件验证计划(HITP&HRTP),支持验证试验的实施
- Evaluate or review test results and document it appropriately

- Involve in mechanical development and PCB layout design process for hardware part support

- Identify and implement HW related Changes relevant for the project
