Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of HV substation projects (132kV or higher).
Coordinate with clients (e.g., TNB), consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with Energy Commission (ST) regulations and TNB standards.
Monitor project progress, budget, and quality, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Lead site inspections, safety audits, and technical reviews.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and permits.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Liaise with local authorities for approvals and inspections.
