Job Summary
The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $285,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Salem Hospital, a member of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our inpatient psychiatry team. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to children and adolescents while working within one of New England's most respected integrated healthcare systems.
As a member of our multidisciplinary behavioral health team, you will provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for pediatric and adolescent patients experiencing acute mental health conditions. You will collaborate with nursing, psychology, social work, case management, and medical specialists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while helping shape the future of behavioral health services on the North Shore.
