1. ECU Hardware Requirements Analysis
Responsible for hardware requirements analysis and system requirements decomposition for the Engine Control Unit. Collaborate with system, software, and architecture teams to identify and define key hardware technical indicators, performance requirements, and interface specifications. Author hardware requirements specification documents.
2. E/E Architecture Design, ASIC Selection, Schematic & Layout Design
Participate in electrical/electronic architecture (EEA) design and complete the hardware architecture design for the ECU. Responsible for key ASIC selection and evaluation. Independently or by guiding others, complete schematic design and PCB layout design, ensuring signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal design meet automotive-grade requirements. Reasonably allocate microcontroller/microprocessor (μC/μP) resources.
3. Hardware Integration Testing, EMC Testing, and E/E Testing
Develop and execute hardware integration test plans, complete functional verification and debugging of ECU. Lead EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) testing, including issue analysis and corrective actions. Responsible for electrical/electronic (E/E) characteristic testing, such as power supply transients, voltage variation, short/open circuits, insulation resistance, etc., ensuring hardware meets applicable standards.
