Job Description:

Represent Bosch at the customer for all airbag SW topics
Plan feature introduction in customer mainstream and maintain SW roadmap
Responsible for SW technical requirement implementation and testing
Participate in SW design and code reviews
Finalize BSC in Q1, Achieve BSC goals, drive improvement measures, present progress every 6 weeks to management.
Mainstream Manage SW Requirement from analysis to acceptance
Support Business Plan for SW and track SW budget on a regular basis
Use dashboard (ALM) data as primary source for steering
Coordinate and review SW effort estimates and confirm SW resources with line manager (RFQ +DCRs)
SDR (SW delivery responsible)
Present SW status in PRC-L3 and KPR meeting (inluding BE and OSS Radar KPIs)
Lead lessons learned activities
Define SW milestone plan and review of SW project plans/timing within the account periodically
