As Senior Product Owner & Team Leader, you will shape the development of a digital web application within the Bosch Data Analytics environment. You will combine strategic product ownership with team leadership, working closely with business stakeholders, technology experts, UX specialists, and an international team.
Your goal: translate business needs into valuable, user-focused digital solutions while enabling your team to deliver with quality, agility, and impact.
Product Ownership
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and define the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product priorities.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from requirements and UX/UI design through testing, releases, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate release management and ensure effective communication with users and stakeholders.
- Manage product capacity, budget, and service-level agreements.
Chapter Lead / Co-Lead:
- Lead and support an international, distributed team within the Tribe Data Analytics.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
- Support onboarding, professional development, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the design and conception of data analytics and digital platform solutions.
