Business Development Executive Fresher

- Research, Identify and prospecting clients through cold calling and identify staff augmentation opportunities and/or set up conference call with C level executives.
- Should be able to generate high quality staff augmentation opportunities in US.
- Manage & execute research activities as required to compile successful campaign target lists.
- Ability to successfully use social networking sites, Technology forums, Blogs to generate leads.
- Work with recruiting team to source the matching profiles to be submitted to hiring managers.
- Building relationships with C-level, VP level executive.
- Excellent communication skills.
