Social Media Specialist

The role focuses on social media engagement, including interaction through social media channels, including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. The chosen candidate will support the Social Media team in day-to-day activities.  The Social Media specialist will monitor and respond on social media channels to bring customer, partner and prospect queries to resolution.

Requirements:

• Sound understanding of processes and procedures required to deliver superior customer care and solid understanding of online community, and social media channels
• Understanding of social media business processes, and CRM and database management would be useful, and some experience with social media systems .
• Excellent written communication skills as well as online social skills
• Interest and/or some experience in content development for social media, including written, audio, or video for blogs and social presences as required
• Ability to understand company messaging and combine with various social tools to spot trends and issues and feedback to the social media team.
