Job Description
We are looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of Android applications.
Responsibilities
- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
- Identify and fix bugs.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in development of native android apps
- Experience with RESTful APIs, 3rd party libraries andJSON responses. of android design principles.
- Good OOP concepts and experience in java programming language.
- Knowledge of Android SDK with familiarity with following concepts -
- A basic understanding of layouts and views
- Activities and their lifecycle
- Working with different screen sizes
- Getting data from the web
- Storing data
- Collection views (like ListViews) and Adapters (default and custom)
