- Innovate, plan and develop the Messenger platform to introduce new features
- Provide support to colleagues and customers in using the platform
- Interpret requirements and where appropriate technical specifications
- Perform coding using best practice
- Investigate, analyse and fix and report defects
- Continually improve code
- Communicate with other departments when required
Skills :
- Passion for programming
- Demonstrate software development experience
- Knowledge of common design patterns
- Knowledge of database architecture and design
- Ability to identify functional and non-functional requirements
- Ability to code software according to published standards and design guidelines
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills
