- Referring Internal Database and Employee Referrals, Head Hunting etc.
- Handling Recruitment for IT Company
- Arranging the candidates for Interview with Clients.
- Working on profiles in Sales, Marketing, Supply chain, Back Office operations & Factory operations.
- Doing Job Posting, Mass Mailing etc.
- Sourcing resumes, Short listing candidates, Coordinating interviews.
- Co-ordination with the Company HR.
