Support project management activities using various project management tools and coordinate with stakeholders across teams
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
Ensure all project documents and information are current and effectively communicated within the project team
Coordinate project meetings, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings (MOM)
Prepare monthly working hour tracking reports
Maintain and organize internal team administrative documentation
Assist the Team Leader with administrative tasks as needed
