Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Learn and perform new duties with minimal guidance
- Assist with projects and respond to emergent repairs.
- Perform routine and non-routine duties independently
- Diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions
- Understand technical knowledge or skills not easily or quickly learned on the job
- Use power tools to complete tasks and projects
- Complete and/or assist with carpentry projects
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Maintain outside grounds
- Give general assistance to supervisor
- Communicates effectively with client staff members
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Majority of time spent on various construction, drywall, and carpentry projects
- Working independently and in a team environment on internal construction projects of various size and scope
- Performs other duties as assigned
