The Fiscal Control Section oversees the processing of payments and revenue receipts, manages banking operations for the Department and reviews special expenses for various commands.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Vendor Invoicing and Payments: Analyzing invoices and supporting documentation to process payments to vendors, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding issues.
- Revenue Collections: Assisting in monitoring and managing revenue collection processes to ensure proper recording and accountability.
- Special Projects: Assisting the team on any ad hoc projects.
