- Support the field-based Program Manager on citywide site visits and staff trainings to ensure program orientation and compliance.
- Engage with development staff NYCHA-wide, including communicating with supervisory staff via phone call, email, and in person, and attending site visits to assess waste assets and waste operations, with an emphasis on recycling.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support for the Recycling Programs team including data gathering/entry/visualization, creating signage and training materials, and crafting presentations for a wide range of stakeholders, including development staff, management staff, NYCHA residents, other departments, and senior management.
