Major Project Director - Water Infrastructure

This is a rare opportunity for a highly experienced project leader, design director, or major projects professional to join our multidisciplinary team, and deliver an exceptional variety of major projects in Water Infrastructure across NSW, and throughout Australia.

You will play a pivotal role in the delivery and pursuit of major water infrastructure projects across ANZ while working alongside senior leaders, contractors, alliance partners and clients, providing strategic leadership on complex Design & Construct projects. You will help drive successful project outcomes while managing risk, commercial performance and technical excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the delivery of major water infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand.
• Operating as Project Director across both design and delivery on complex Design & Construct programs.
• Managing commercial performance, project controls, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Building strong relationships with contractors, alliance partners and key water clients.
• Providing strategic guidance to project teams through complex technical and delivery challenges.
• Supporting major pursuits, bids and framework opportunities across the region.
• Mentoring and developing project teams while fostering a high-performance delivery culture.
• Driving project outcomes that balance technical excellence, client satisfaction and commercial success.
