Lead the structural calculation and analysis for assigned projects, preparing and reviewing structural calculations, analysis models, and calculation reports, and taking ownership of the design basis and code compliance.
Coordinate and technically review the work of junior and mid-level engineers assigned to the project team, providing technical guidance and support.
Coordinate structural design requirements and interfaces with other disciplines involved in the project.
Act as the primary technical point of contact with the lead design office and/or client on structural matters.
Ensure structural calculation and design deliverables meet project schedule, quality management, and technical requirements.
Participate in the structural design of various industrial projects and contribute to an integrated multidisciplinary design process.
Stay up to date with relevant industry standards, guidelines, and technologies and share relevant knowledge with the project team.
