We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inspector - Mechanical to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive mechanical inspections on building construction projects, ensuring all work meets established specifications, building codes, and quality standards. - Conduct thorough mechanical inspections on building construction projects, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical mechanical components, and related installations
- Verify that all mechanical work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes and regulations
- Analyze inspection findings and identify any defects, non-conformances, or deviations from project requirements
- Document inspection results accurately and prepare detailed inspection reports with photographic evidence and recommendations
- Communicate inspection findings to project managers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely remediation of identified issues and re-inspection of corrected work
- Maintain organized and comprehensive inspection records, logs, and documentation for project files
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure mechanical systems are functioning properly before project handover
- Stay current with building codes, mechanical standards, and industry best practices relevant to construction in the UAE
- Collaborate with other inspectors and project teams to ensure consistent quality standards across all projects
