How you’ll make a difference
As Project Director, you’ll be a highly influential leader within our Water Infrastructure team, helping drive collaboration, client engagement and growth across our Victorian portfolio.
You’ll work closely with our Water leadership, project teams and technical specialists across AECOM to identify opportunities, develop solutions and position the business for major programs of work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key Victorian Water clients
- Understanding client priorities, challenges and future investment plans
- Identifying and developing opportunities across major Water Infrastructure programs
- Connecting multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions for clients
- Supporting account planning and strategic business development activities
- Leading and contributing to major pursuits, proposals and opportunity development
- Working with project and operational teams to ensure quality client outcomes
- Building strong relationships across AECOM’s Australian and global technical network
- Keeping across market, client and competitor trends to identify future opportunities
- Helping shape the continued growth and capability of AECOM’s Water Infrastructure business
