As an Operations Intern at C&W, you will:
Assist department leaders, including the Procurement Manager, Liabilities Claims Specialist Manager, and the Transitions team, by providing essential support across various functions
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible
Prepare and organize documentation for operational activities and assist in generating reports for management review
Make recommendations and implement solutions for department processes
Assist in completing other tasks within the department when additional resources are needed
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) to support daily tasks and presentations.
SharePoint or Office 365 experience is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Organized and detail-oriented, being able to manage multiple tasks while staying focused and efficient.
Team player with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and contributing to group efforts.
Permanent US work authorization required.

Physical Requirements:
Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours
May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays
Ability to observe details at close range
