Does sales of Power Tools products, offers, promos by phone and by e-mail for a given customer base;
Creates marketing materials based on data received from the Power Tools sales team;
Promotes product offers in scope of generating sales;
Marks customer statuses in customer and marketing database;
Reports to management about competitors activities;
Creates statistics on calls and sales successes;
Reports on telemarketing activities and results;
Administers customers and handles claims, processes orders, does contracts and offers information about products;
Participates in internal meetings and keeps contact with colleagues;
Travels (on a limited level) e.g. to meet customers at an event;
Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
