Provide support for Foreign Trade systems related to Export and Import processes, integrated with SAP SD and MM modules, including eComex, Recof, ImportSys, and SIDOM.
Monitor and support the CEVA Logistics system across North America operations.
Collaborate with internal and external service providers to ensure operational efficiency and issue resolution.
Coordinate and integrate shared services activities with SAP development teams, supporting system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
