The Receiving Clerk is responsible for performing various tasks related to product packing and shipping in accordance with established procedures and/or commercial standards. This role involves receiving, verifying, and stocking incoming equipment, materials, and supplies, as well as preparing shipments. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and demonstrate acute attention to detail.

Receiving:
Process all inbound and outbound shipments, including but not limited to sorting, logging, delivering, packing, auditing, and shipping.
Audit each goods receipt prior to packing to ensure that goods match the order.
Ensure that proper equipment, manuals, and accessories are received with the correct order and process.
Documentation and Inventory Management:
Prepare shipping and receiving documentation; maintain orderly files for all documentation.
Participate in scheduling daily transportation.
Process all receiving transactions and paperwork accurately.
Assist in maintaining material inventory levels and conduct periodic audits.
Customer Service and Safety:
Respond to requests for tracing missing shipments from suppliers.
Assist in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in the receiving area.
Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate safety PPE.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform required administrative tasks; prepare all required reports and correspondence.
Use computer systems to log and track shipments and inventory.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiency.
