We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative consulting professional to join ourEuropean Consulting TeamasaPeopleStrategy Consultant.
In this role, you will contribute to strategic HR consulting projects forglobalorganizationsandourMarshpartnersacross Europe, workingon a broad rangeof talent,rewardsand organization designrelated initiatives.
Depending on your experience,the rolewillcover the full consulting project lifecycle or selected stages of it,including:identifyingand developing project opportunities,preparingand presenting proposals,and executingprojects directly withClients.You are going to collaborate with representatives ofinternational organizations with headquarters acrossEuropeorsubsidiaries of globalbusinesses.You will workcloselywithourcolleagues across theregion and receive support from ourglobal network of specialists.
This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and offered as a hybrid position.

Driveconsulting projects across talent,rewards,and organization designtopics.
ConsultClientsondeveloping and implementing people andrewards relatedstrategies.
Prepare high-qualityClientpresentations, reports, and workshop materials.
Conductresearch, analysis, and benchmarking to generate clear and actionable insights.
Build andmaintaintrusted relationships withourClientsand internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and support project delivery across multiple workstreams and geographies.
Identifyopportunities to deepenClientrelationships and support business growth.
Collaborate effectively with cross-European teams and the Warsaw hub to deliver projects end to end.
What you need to have:
A strong consulting background, ideally gained in consulting, professional services, or a strategic in-house advisory environment.
4+ years of relevant experience in consulting, HR advisory, people strategy, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into concise recommendations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, andClient-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across international teams.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
